We’ve been receiving messages from artists who live outside the city, sometimes the other side of the world, expressing an interest in drawing with us … and we listened.
NOOD now offers LifeLine, a session created with online participants at its heart, while still welcoming artists who wish to attend the studio in person. We call it LifeLine because it’s a line that connects artists, whether across town or ocean.
We believe art, practice, and community should not be limited by distance, traffic, inaccessible transit systems, physical barriers, or the rising cost of transportation. Creativity deserves to exist wherever artists are.
LifeLine brings together our local and global communities into the same creative space. It’s one small but meaningful step toward making life-drawing more accessible, connected, and inclusive for artists wanting to participate.
Online participation is by donation. In-person attendance is at the regular session rate.
Every last Sunday of the month 9:30 am-12:30 pm (PDT). To reserve a virtual spot, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll send you the session link before we begin. Wherever you are, we’d love to draw with you.
