An industrial loft just off the waterfront. Concrete floors, soft tungsten light, and a studio wardrobe built up over years of careful use.

NOOD is the place where something happens between people who are all attending to the same thing. Artists in the room meet each other. Conversations happen in the breaks. The practice becomes, over time, something larger than any single drawing.
We take model care seriously. Comfort, consent, and respect are foundational to how NOOD operates. We're proud to be Vancouver's first life-drawing group and run the world's first life-model coaching programme.
